Scotland SASIG: Preparing for the future in cyberspace

SASIG Scotland bring together key stakeholders to explore the cyber threat landscape of today and tomorrow - Join to make your business a knowledge enterprise
All businesses are knowledge enterprises. Data is the lifeblood that provides insights into markets, product development, customer engagement, efficiency, and much more. We understand the importance of data and its fundamental role in shaping our knowledge and decision-making. Yet how often do we view data as a key tool for improving our preparedness against future threats and challenges? And how often do we ignore what the data is telling us, simply because it’s inconvenient to acknowledge?
All organisations face challenges in cyberspace, both now and in the future. Preparing for those challenges is essential to building greater resilience. Some of tomorrow’s challenges are already present today. The threat landscape will continue to evolve as bad actors develop new tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and adopt emerging technologies. Effectively managing threat intelligence will become increasingly critical. Compliance will remain the foundation on which we build robust policies to defend ourselves and support our understanding of organisational resilience. Skills will also remain a significant challenge, particularly if we fail to invest in an education strategy that is both flexible and forward-looking.
SASIG is delighted to host our second Scotland SASIG of 2025, in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group. Join to explore how we can better prepare for the future, and to connect with your peers across the security community.
This event is open to front-line, end-user cybersecurity professionals, as well as SASIG members. Please use the form below to apply if you are not a member.
