BIST Switzerland is organising a UK cyber security mission to Bern alongside the Swiss Cyber Security Days, Switzerland's leading cyber security conference. Participating companies will be showcased in a dedicated national pavilion and gain access to a main stage speaking slot, a diplomatic reception and curated matchmaking with Swiss stakeholders.
UK cyber security companies have the opportunity to showcase their capabilities to Swiss and European buyers through a UK national pavilion at the Swiss Cyber Security Days, organised by BIST Switzerland at the British Embassy in Bern.
The Swiss Cyber Security Days takes place on 23 and 24 February 2027 in Bern. Attracting more than 3,000 attendees and 100 exhibitors, it is Switzerland's leading cyber security conference. This edition introduces the Nations Pavilion for the first time, a dedicated platform where foreign embassies can present their national cyber security champions to the Swiss and European markets. The mission will focus on UK cyber security capabilities, and is also open to companies in other domains with a specific interest in the Swiss market.
Switzerland offers an innovative research and development environment and one of the world's leading information and telecommunications infrastructures. Combined with fast internet connectivity and a stable power supply, this has made the country a global leader in data storage and IT security. It also makes Switzerland a target for cyber threats, particularly in the banking and critical infrastructure sectors, creating demand for trusted security partners.
Capability areas of particular interest include cyber security solutions; application, cloud, endpoint and network security; emerging technologies and threats; identity and access management; incident response and disaster recovery; and commercial AI technology.
The mission package includes a dedicated national pavilion space in a prominent location at the conference, alongside a speaking slot in the official programme on the main stage. Participants will also attend a diplomatic reception with Swiss government officials on the evening before the conference, and take part in curated matchmaking with business development agencies and conference exhibitors. Expected attendees include the Swiss Armed Forces and armasuisse, federal and cantonal government representatives, industry associations and cyber security stakeholders, and other government agencies.
The floorplan and package details are available on the Nations Pavilion page. Companies interested in taking part should contact Nathalie Silberman, Senior Trade Officer at BIST Switzerland, at nathalie.silberman@fcdo.gov.uk.
UK cyber security companies looking to build partnerships in the Swiss market should register their interest with BIST Switzerland to secure a place on the pavilion.
