techUK Opens Delegation to Kyiv and Lviv for UK Tech and Cyber Firms

techUK is running a delegation to Kyiv and Lviv, Ukraine, from 22 to 27 September 2026, giving UK tech and cyber firms the chance to attend Ukraine's biggest tech conference and meet senior Ukrainian government and industry figures.
techUK is offering members and select non-members the chance to join a delegation to Kyiv and then Lviv, Ukraine, running from 22 to 27 September 2026. Delegates travel on 22 September, spend 23 and 24 September in Kyiv, and attend IT Arena, Ukraine's biggest tech conference, in Lviv from 25 to 27 September. IT Arena covers several technology verticals including defence technology and typically draws around 7,500 visitors from more than 40 countries, with over 100 speakers across its panel programme.
Alongside the conference, techUK aims to hold senior and ministerial-level meetings with Ukrainian officials and organisations, including the Ministry for Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defence, the British Embassy in Ukraine, IT Ukraine Association, Diia City United, and the Mayor of Lviv and Lviv City Council, alongside other government, private sector and third sector stakeholders as requested.
techUK ran the same delegation last year, meeting the then Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, with several delegates reporting commercial outcomes from the trip.
Attendees must be C-Suite, a Director, or a commercial or policy representative with lead responsibility for Ukraine. Ticket prices are:
Member, Kyiv and Lviv: £1,550
Member, Lviv only: £925
Non-member, Kyiv and Lviv: £1,800
Non-member, Lviv only: £1,175
The delegation fee covers the IT Arena ticket, transport within Ukraine and between Poland and Ukraine, private security in Kyiv, and accommodation in Kyiv and Lviv. It does not cover flights to Warsaw, where the delegation formally departs for Ukraine, or return flights from Rzeszów at the end of the trip.
