techUK Recruits Delegates for Brussels Cyber Resilience Delegation

techUK is calling on member companies to join its Cyber Resilience Delegation to Brussels.

techUK is inviting member companies to join its 2026 Cyber Resilience Delegation to Brussels, giving UK cyber and tech businesses direct access to the EU policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders shaping the future of cyber regulation across Europe. With the EU's cyber regulatory framework evolving rapidly, including the implementation of NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, ongoing work under ENISA and the recently announced European Technology Sovereignty Package, the visit offers valuable context and access for UK businesses navigating the European landscape.

The delegation will offer curated engagements with:

• UK Mission to the EU

• Members of the European Parliament and their advisors

• EU Commission representatives

• EU Member State representatives

• EU cyber agencies

• Industry stakeholders

• Think tanks

Running from 8 to 9 September 2026 in Brussels, the programme will provide strategic insight into the regulatory and commercial environment for cyber firms operating in the EU or seeking to strengthen EU partnerships, whether the goal is commercial expansion, regulatory compliance or policy engagement.

The delegation is open to all techUK members, and is particularly suited to C-level executives such as CEOs, founders and Chief Information Security Officers, heads of policy, public affairs, regulatory affairs or government relations, and companies with an existing presence in European markets or concrete plans to expand. Only one participant is permitted per member company.

Delegates arrive in Brussels on Tuesday 8 September, with the programme running through Wednesday 9 September and departure on 10 September. Those staying on beyond the programme are invited to the optional launch of techUK's new report, Towards a UK-EU Partnership for a New Age, on Thursday 10 September at the Residence of the UK Ambassador to the European Union. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation, while techUK organises the agenda, briefings and on-the-ground logistics.

techUK members can register a delegate directly for £500. Non-member companies should contact techUK at sabina.ciofu@techuk.org before booking, at a cost of £750; non-members who don't make prior contact will not be included in the delegation.

Places are limited and reviewed to ensure a diverse and representative delegation. Interested companies should register by 14 August 2026, with techUK members booking directly and non-members contacting the team first.
